Times & Fees

Open to Males and females.

All training sessions are undertaken by Fully Qualified Level 2 England Coaches.

Juniors

 Mondays  Beginners only 10-12 years 5:45 – 6:30 pm 

Mondays   Beginners only 13-15 years 6:45 -7:30 pm

Mondays   Beginners only 16+ 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Tuesdays 5-9-year-olds only 5:30-6:15 pm

Tuesday & Thursdays Boxers only 6:30-7:30 pm

Membership is Required after 8 Weeks (Juniors £25.00)

This gives participants time to decide if boxing and our club is for them.

Members session £2.00 – Non-Members session £4.00

Under England’s Boxing rules and regulations

NO minor is permitted to spar under the age of 10 years.

Seniors

Mondays Adult Beginners only 7:30-8:30 pm

Tuesday & Thursdays Boxers only 7:30-8:30 pm

 Membership is Required after 8 Weeks. (Seniors £30.00)

This gives participants time to decide if boxing and our club is for them.

Members session £3.00 – Non-Members session £5.00

Suitable clothing, T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, trainers.

Hydration, A bottle of water to keep hydrated is a must and all participants are required to bring a bottle to a session and take home any empty bottles.

Any person who wishes to participate in sparring/compete under England Boxing rules and regulations (The governing body for amateur boxing in England) must also be registered with England Boxing http://englandboxing.sport80.com then complete a medical, which is recorded via a digital BCR1 book. Medicals are a yearly requirement and are done by an England Boxing Registered Doctor. £25.00 yearly

All England Boxing members must understand that the anti-doping rules apply to all members of England Boxing, and those actively involved in England Boxing-related activity, regardless of the level of participation or role performed.

Boxing is purely an individual sport. Therefore you must be fit and well, before participating in any training session at the Ashford  Boxing Club. If you are unsure that you should or should not train, you would be wise to seek medical advice from your Doctor first. As Ashford  Boxing Club will not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, due to a boxer or participant not disclaiming any known damage or medical conditions to the club!
