Mondays Beginners only, Juniors (912 years Old) 6pm-7pm. Open to Boys & Girls.

Mondays Seniors Beginners only (16 years +) 8pm-9pm. Open to Males & Females.

Tuesdays Carded Boxers Only, Juniors (10 years +) 7pm-8pm.

Seniors (16 years +)  8pm-9pm.

Thursdays Carded Boxers Only,  Juniors (10 years +) 7pm-8pm.

Seniors (16 years +) 8pm-9pm.

Our start age is 9 years of age. Their first year is all non-contact and learning the fundamentals.
Under England Boxing (The governing body for amateur boxing in England) rules and regulations no minor is permitted to spar under the age of 10 years.
Once they are 10years, minimum requirement to spar, they must be register with England Boxing £11.00 per year and a note from your GP stating they are fit to participate.
Any person who wishes to compete under England Boxing rules and regulations The governing body for amateur boxing in England must also be registered with England Boxing and have a full medical. Which is recorded in a boxer BCR1 book along with all their competitive bouts. Medicals are a yearly requirement and done by an England Boxing Registered Doctor.

All training Sessions undertaken by Fully Qualified Level 2 A.B.A Coaches.

Seniors Yearly Registration £30.00

Senior Members training sessions £3:00

Non-Members £5:00 Membership is Required after 8 Weeks.

This gives participants time to decide if boxing and our club is for them.

Junior Members training sessions £2:00

Non-Members £4:00 Membership is Required after 8 Weeks.

This gives participants time to decide if boxing and our club is for them.

Suitable clothing, tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt and bottle of water to keep hydrated.

Boxing is purely an individual sport. Therefore you must be fit and well, before participating in any training session at the Ashford  Boxing Club. If you are unsure that you should or should not train, you would be wise to seek medical adivice from your Doctor first. As Ashford  Boxing Club will not accept any responsibility or liability of any injury, due to a boxer or participant not disclaiming any known injury or medical conditions to the club!
