Under England’s Boxing rules and regulations

NO minor is permitted to spar under the age of 10 years

All England Boxing members must understand that the anti-doping rules apply to all members of England Boxing and those actively involved in England Boxing-related activity, regardless of the level of participation or role performed.

Boxing is purely an individual sport. So, you’ll need to be fit and well before participating in any training session at the Ashford Boxing Club. If you are unsure whether you should or should not train, you would be wise to seek medical advice from your Doctor first. Ashford  Boxing Club will not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, due to a boxer or participant not disclosing any known injury or medical conditions to the club!

Any person wishing to participate in sparring/compete under England Boxing rules and regulations (the governing body for amateur boxing in England) must sign a disclaimer or be registered with England Boxing (http://englandboxing.sport80.com). They must also complete a medical, which is recorded via a digital BCR1 book. Medicals are a yearly requirement and are done by an England Boxing Registered Doctor. £30.00 yearly
